RETURNS

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Please email hello@trilogythelabel.com for return instructions. The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Trilogy does not provide shipping labels or cover return postage fees. 

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of delivery. A 15% fee will be deducted from the store credit for items outside of the 7 days or items without the original tags and packaging.
