POLICIES

• All purchases will ship within 7 business days unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING TIMES (we are a USA based company)

• First Class Mail requires 4-7 days to receive after order has processed.
• Please note priority mail and overnight shipping are available by request by availably. Please email hello@trilogythelabel.com to see if your request can be accommodated. 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Please email hello@trilogythelabel.com for return instructions. The return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Trilogy does not provide shipping labels or cover return postage fees. 

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of delivery. A 15% fee will be deducted from the store credit for items outside of the 7 days or items without the original tags and packaging. 

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES

• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your item tracking updates with USPS it is no longer the responsibility of Trilogy the Label. Shipping issues should then be directed to www.usps.com/help/claims.com. We do not have access to any tracking information other than what is available from your tracking number on the USPS website. Filing chargebacks due to post office issues will result in a ban on purchasing from Trilogy the Label.
• We are not responsible for packages damaged in transit.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address an additional shipping charge will be required to reship.
